特大型智能立环高梯度磁选机属光机电一体化技术领域的自动化智能控制选除设备，具有分选腔液位自动调整、冷却系统温度控制、卸矿水压力实时检测调整、自动润滑等多点位自动化控制功能，被广泛应用于弱磁性金属矿的湿式分选和非金属矿的除铁提纯。

产品高11.8米，转环直径6米，重达700吨，背景场强可达1.8T，磁场调节量大，应用范围广；处理量大，台时干矿处理量达800～1200吨，是3m立环处理量的8 倍；能耗极低，吨矿处理电耗仅为0.1～0.2度，与能耗较低的4m立环相比，节电达50% 以上；吨矿产出占地空间小，工艺布置简单，可节省工程投入30%以上，产品核心技术达到国际领先水平。
